A pool opening consist of 3 basic elements : 1) cover removal (not water & debris that's extra) 2) Re attaching hoses, gauges, and o ring lubrication 3) Adding proper chemicals.

all cleaning and vacuuming is done at an hourly rate

Pool closings consist of: Adding winter chemicals, installing the cover, removing the plugs and sand filter attachments, removing hoses/ adding antifreeze & blowing out llines (in ground only) 

Pool Guise only guarantees that pool is void of water in the lines at the time of the closing.  All remaining liability is on the home owner to attend to the quality of the water and the condition of the seals and plugs put in place at time of closing

We cannot bill your home / product warranty, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement. 

Coming to your home requires both time and gas. If our estimate is accepted part of the fee will be removed from the final payment. All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project. 

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to make you aware of the new completion date.  Remember that rain plays a factor in almost everything we do, so rain delays should be expected during forecasted periods.

Failure to do so before the day of the appointment will cost you a 55.00 dollar drive by fee.
